A legal disclaimer
All order requests must be submitted to orders@gruvygraphics.biz or via MMS to our listed text messaging number. Gruvy Graphics is not responsible for any information being sent through any other means as these are the only two methods in which we process order information. Our designers are often involved with client projects and cannot break away from their design process.
Terms & Conditions - Our Commitment
Print design turnaround time is 24-48 hours on all standard products for receiving your first proof. For each request please allow a 1-24 hours turnaround, depending upon request. For last minute jobs that require a less than 6-hour turnaround time an additional fee of $50.00 is applied. For rush jobs that require a less than 12-hour turnaround, a $25.00 rush fee is applied. While we strive to complete all print jobs within 24 hours, a 24-hour turnaround is not guaranteed. To guarantee a 24-hour turnaround a full payment is required. All discounted jobs stand the risk of falling behind 24 hours.
Website turnaround varies depending upon the job requirements. Turnaround time ranges anywhere from a 3-5 day period, to a maximum of 1 month for complex and e-commerce websites.
All regular paying customers are complimented to (1) image edit, and (2) text edits of your design after receiving your first proof. Any changes to a design of any project require an additional fee of 25% of the original design fee. For Business Logo’s regular paying customers are entitled to 3 unique logo concepts, any additional renditions are subject to additional $25 per hour design fees.

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much much more.

Deposits: A 50% Deposit is due before beginning any design job. This gives our designers peace of mind that they are working for an ethical client. Upon Completion of your job, payment is due within 24-48 hours of the completion of the job before any final drafts are sent. All proof watermarks will be removed once payment has been received. ALL RUSH JOBS UNDER 12 HOURS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE! Any discounted job paid outside of the 24-48 hour window forfeits all discounts and must be paid in full.
Liability
Please review your advertisement designs carefully!!!! (Spelling, Logos, Dates, Addresses, Correct info. etc.). Gruvy Graphics is not responsible for any errors on print work after client has given final approval to print via e-mail or SMS messaging. All transmissions are recorded and archived for legal protection. Neither the designer, nor our printer will reprint jobs for which they are not at fault. Our designers run spell checks on all design Jobs; however, we are not responsible for wording and content. If a literary consultant is needed for an advertising reference, please state so with your initial request and we will assign your job to copywriting specialist for review. Copywriting services are subject to an additional fee of $100.

All images/ designs have been copy written and property of Gruvy Graphics, LLC. , Until compensated in full by client. Any use of images before "paid in full" is a violation of our terms and agreements.
Discounts & Promotionals
We provide our clients with the greatest incentives in the nation. More than any company in the world, we lower our client’s overhead advertising costs, while boosting the productivity level with the influence of art and design. Why? We believe the more successful we make our clients, the bigger we make our family of successful entrepreneurs; furthermore, successful corporations. This is why after your second job. You never pay full price again!
Every repeat customer will receive 15% off from every order after the 3rd order has been placed. A repeat customer is: “Anyone who places an order more than two times.” This; however, does not include printing, or other fees associated with your order that must be outsourced to one of our partner companies.
Repeat customer Discounts will be itemized after each design item on the invoice. Repeat Gruvy customers are also awarded an addition credit of 20% to their account for any referrals that result in new business. For example: 5 referrals = 100% credit, which means: free design.
All jobs discounted 25% or more are as is; including broker accounts. 25% or more discounted jobs are granted to (2) text edits, and (no) design re-edits. Re-editing a discounted job constitutes our right charge full price as the saying “time is money” is paramount in our business and offering discounts in itself, places financial pressure on our business.
Promotional and Seasonal discounts:
Discounted jobs of 40% or more DO NOT qualify for re-design and are delivered “as is” by the creative vision of the designer chosen to do that particular assignment. Our designers are artists since birth, Associates and Bachelors in the science of graphic design with over 10 years professional experience. Our knowledge, education, experience and level of commitment in this field give us complete confidence that our design will be effective in communicating with and impressing your target audience.

Other
Gruvy Graphics values all of its clients equally and does not favor one particular client over another, regardless of the amount of your order. For this reason, the following rules must apply: 1. Any request for orders under 12hours must pay an additional rush fee of: $25. (USD). For under 6 hour rush, or work outside of company hours a fee of $50.00 is required. 2. All regular paying customers are obligated to (1) image edit, and (2) text edits of your design. Any changes thereafter are subject to a $25.00 re-editing fee. 3. Discounted jobs are granted (0) edits. All jobs discounted 25% or more are as is and/or payment in full is required BEFORE your job is placed into production.
